Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
